Maybe the reason I like fashion is that picking out an outfit is a fun thing to do to start the day. Although I did look up to the professor in law school who wore a white shirt and black shirt every day because it demonstrated seriousness. I don't wear make-up often or do my hair, but looking at the mountain of clothes I've accumulated I see my focus could have been directed in a more productive direction.

Yesterday might have been the last freeze of the year in Portland. I feel guilty that I compared the problem of homeless campers to unwanted animal pests. I think it is easier to think about humane options for feral cats and abandoned dogs than for people with nowhere to go.

I've been looking more into my astro chart. My Libra ascendant Venus in the 8th house explains my lifelong desire to have everyone I know on the same team and to make matches of all single people I know. I wonder if there is an astrology book that tells you how to counterbalance your tendencies?
