JC kindly rescheduled our night out and we went to Al's Den, somewhere I'd never been before. There were 3 free acts. We just saw the middle one and I don't know the guy's name. He had long red hair and was a good guitarist. It would be a great small venue to see someone you really like. We were eating in Ringler's Annex which is attached during the first act and left before the last one.
It is possible that my year's long death march to fun is coming to a close and I'll start turning in early.
I'm committed to keeping track of the live music I see for the rest of the year. But I might not keep trying to go to every show I can.
